Job Description

Position Overview:

We are a Nasik-based full-service digital marketing and web development company offering 360° digital solutions including SEO, performance marketing, social media, branding, and custom web/app development. We’re looking for a seasoned professional who can lead our sales evolution and set a new benchmark for performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development for our digital services, identifying and nurturing high-potential leads
  • Strategize, build, and scale the sales team and sales funnel from the ground up
  • Drive marketing initiatives aligned with business growth—essentially perform the role of a CMO
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor pipeline progress, conversions, and team efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with service delivery and marketing campaigns
  • Overhaul and improve the current sales process with fresh strategies and execution models
  • Train, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions

  • Strategic Thinking with Revenue Focus
    Ability to align marketing strategies directly with business goals and sales targets—turning brand visibility into actual revenue.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    Strong command over analytics and KPIs to track campaign performance, customer behaviour, and ROI, making marketing accountable and measurable.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset
    Deep understanding of target audiences and customer journeys
  • Sales-Market Alignment Expertise
    Skill in closely integrating marketing with the sales team—ensuring consistent messaging, nurturing high-quality leads, and shortening the sales cycle.

Leadership in Digital Transformation
Command over digital tools, CRM systems, performance marketing, automation, and content strategies to scale demand generation effectively.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven track record in IT sales (minimum 5 years) preferably in digital services and web/app development
  • Experience leading a sales team of executives with 2+ years of experience each
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services and website/application development lifecycle
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategy-building capabilities

Ability to work from our Nasik office and lead initiatives independently
