Position: IT Administrator
Location: Nashik
Experience: 2-5 years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and improve our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system administration, network management, and IT support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure system security.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and repairs.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with network administration (LAN, WAN, VPN).
  • Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus, and data protection protocols.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace).
  • Knowledge of server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA.
