Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager who can own revenue generation end-to-end—from converting qualified leads to closing high-value deals and scaling the sales function.

This is a senior, performance-driven role requiring strong closing ability, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive consistent business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the entire sales cycle with a strong focus on closing high-value deals
  • Build, manage, and scale a high-performance sales pipeline
  • Work closely with marketing to convert demand into revenue
  • Develop and optimize sales strategies, funnels, and processes
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives
  • Use CRM tools to track pipeline, conversions, and team performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic growth initiatives
  • Continuously improve conversion rates, deal size, and sales efficiency

Must-Have Capabilities

  • Proven ability to close high-value deals consistently
  • Strong revenue ownership mindset
  • Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline and conversion optimization
  • Ability to build, lead, and scale a sales team

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT/Digital Services Sales
  • Prior experience in digital marketing / web / app development sales
  • Experience managing a team of sales executives
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work from our Nashik office and lead independently
