Nitin Nagar is the Co-Founder, COO, and Chief Technology Officer of Nethority Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As the operational and technology backbone of the company, Nitin owns three critical verticals: Development, Dev Sales Closures, and DevOps - the infrastructure layer that powers every client engagement.
Since co-founding Nethority alongside Ruturaj Kohok in 2013, Nitin has built and scaled the entire development arm - encompassing Shopify, WooCommerce, custom web development, mobile app development, and white-label engineering resources that serve 25+ agency partners globally.
His focus is on building high-impact technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Under his leadership, the development division has achieved an 89% improvement in delivery impact across client engagements, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, code quality, and client deadline adherence.
Nitin also co-founded Pricekart alongside Ruturaj. He holds degrees from the University of Rajasthan and the International Institute of Information Technology, bringing deep technical expertise paired with operational discipline to every initiative.

Full ownership of the development arm - Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, mobile app development, custom web builds, and CRO/maintenance across all client engagements.
Drives sales pipeline and closures for the development vertical, working closely with the SDR team and managing qualification through to deal close on all dev engagements.
Oversees the technical operations layer - hosting, deployment, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure security, and the tooling that underpins delivery scalability.
