Who owns the client relationship?
You do. You sell, you bill and you lead the client relationship. A mutual non-solicit clause is part of every partner agreement.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You pay partner rates and charge your clients whatever you choose. Our published list prices are a guide.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum number of clients to start. Partner rates are confirmed in your agreement and improve as your client base grows.
Who handles onboarding and support?
Our delivery team onboards each client and supports Neo. You choose whether we work with your client directly under your name or only through your team.
