No. Neo is the software: Data, Intelligence and Automation. Pods are a service delivered by our specialist teams. They work from Neo, and their results are recorded there, under the Execution pillar.
Who works in a pod?
Specialists from our delivery centre in Nashik, India, matched to the pod type: engineers, automation builders, CRO and retention specialists, and infrastructure and AI engineers.
How is a pod priced?
From $3,500 per pod per month, monthly rolling, with the scope agreed before work begins. Work outside a pod's standard scope is quoted separately.
How do we know the work paid off?
Each request carries the baseline from the Signal that started it. When the work is done, the result is measured against that baseline in the value ledger.
Can agencies offer Pods to their clients?
Yes. Agency partners can deliver Pods under their own name, with a non-solicit ring-fence in every partner agreement.
