You will be responsible for the online sales of the brand The role will oversee the look and feel of the company website and are responsible for generating sales via online channels Shopify or Magento expert with knowledge about digital marketers, web and software developers who contribute to website traffic, design and structure

Responsibilities:

• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting
• Develop and implement e commerce strategy in orderto improve website performance
• Work with developers to improve website speed
• Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in orderto improve quality and traffic acquisition
• Re-Platforming website to new CMS, making website mobile capable
• Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
• Analyse various data in orderto deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve kpi’s
• Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
• Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
• Report on performance
• Drive operations across various e-com channels esp. Amazon & Flip kart
• Building deeper engagement with the e-commerce platforms for business growth and achievement for planned volume and value growth
• Working closely with e-commerce platforms to drive campaigns, pricing, discounting, promotions, offers
• Coordination with Warehouse operation team / Finance team for product logistics / payment reconciliation
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales, cancellations, regional delivery matrix, offers performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
• Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
• Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO,
• social media, display and affiliate channels.
• Confidence developing and overseeing retail and e Commerce-focused digital
• marketing strategies.Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
• Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
• Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing,
• conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.

Nice to haves:

• Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photo-shop, In Design, Dream weaver and Google Analytic
• High proficiency in relevant tools, Adobe Photo-shop, In Design, Dream weaver and Google Analytic.
• Broad experience of attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization.
• Strong Marketing & technical background, with team managing experience .
