Nethority Fighting COVID-19 By Staying Home

We still don’t believe it is happening! We were not ready for it! And we still are not ready for it.

Is it a bad dream? No! it is a reality.

COVID -19 has impacted every single person living on the planet financially, physically, and mentally. The numbers are scary and increasing day by day, yet we are not ready to give up. We will fight and we will win. And soon it will be a great story for the coming generation, every parent will have the real bedtime story called COVID -19

The story where a father doesn’t stop playing with his daughter due to early morning meetings, Netflix becoming more costlier then crude oil, no traffic on roads, climate condition improving, family bonds getting stronger, every day is a Sunday, marriages, and celebrations are happening online, people helping each other in these tough time will be the stories when things go normal.

We at Nethority are also affected by COVID- 19 impacts, office is closed and we are working from home. For us this was not less than a nightmare initially, setting up IT infrastructure at home was a challenge during a lockdown. But Bravo!! With the support of the whole team and coordination, we have come out as winners. Also, thanks to JIO for introducing work from the home pack this made the transition easy for many of us. We are enjoying and cut to getting habituated to the routine of EAT, SLEEP, REPEAT, and WORK.

We believed in the saying that SHOW MUST GO ON!! We made sure that there is no compromise on the services and the client is absolutely delighted. Where in these bad times maximum of the work and businesses have come to a halt, we are doing our small bits and trying to be in the war against COVID – 19 we are still supporting the economy and our clients business! Digital Marketing services like SEO and SEM are proving to be the savior for many businesses. Today, when all are locked within the walls of their houses, Internet has become the medium of our social life and reaching the outside world.

21 days lockdown initially sounded scary, but it is interesting to see how we’ve got along doing things that we never thought of. Human nature is all about accepting the change and challenges and finding out the best in the worst situation.

In this buzz world we all working people have been struggling to get quality time and yes we have got it finally. True that this has not come in the best of its way but we are taking it with positivity and courage. Positivity of getting time to spend with family and courage of staying home and still working had for our families and Nation.

And hence people at Nethority are making most of it. For us, the day starts with working from Video conferencing and discussion with the team and aligning work for the day and thanks to technology which even after being miles away has brought us so close. And it is not just working that the Nethorians are doing but we are also actively doing other activities which we always just planned of but never got a chance to implement.

Exercise and Yoga

Many of us were planning to do regular exercise from the past few months and due to lockdown, it has become possible for many of us to adapt to this lifestyle. Workout at home has now become possible and the lockdown has helped us to become fit.

Kitchen Experiments

Lockdown has brought out the master chefs inside us!!! New dishes are being created and experiments are being done inside the kitchen. Some experiments are getting succeeded and some are failing. LOL!!!!

But yes all ladies are trying yummy dishes in the kitchen. Some watering dishes are below

Reliving the Childhood

We always dreamt of going back to those days when we were kids and here we have got a chance to relive our childhood. Playing with kids and family is the best part we all are loving in this lockdown. Games like monopoly, ludoo, chess, archery, and many other childhood games which kids nowadays have not even have heard of we are able to play with them. It’s Fun with kids and Family.

Our Little Stars

A big salute to the kids and children. One more thing which we can observe is that our Kids have been more patient beyond their age in this lockdown where they are trying to understand what is happening outside. In this age as they deserve playgrounds and not home walls

Also, they are helping us in our household work and also learning new things with us. It is the best time to teach our kids new things which we were not able to before.

Developing Skill Set

We are not only having fun but are also updating ourselves with new trends and learning new technologies. Of course, time and the world is moving very fast and we need to come out bright when this dark phase of life gets over.

We are enrolling ourselves in E-learning which will help us in developing our skill sets.

Distance doesn’t matter

We all are away from our near and dear ones. Even if we are having lots of free time we are not able to meet our friends and relatives. But off course this distance doesn’t matter. Thanks to the technology who has brought us so close virtually. This is how we can celebrate anniversaries and Birthdays even by staying home. Just look at the pictures and do try with your loved ones.

Conclusion

The social media is going GAGA with Dalgona coffee, Ludo king, Netflix subscription, late-night chats, new recipes, Ramayana, zoom calls, and even we got our self-trapped into it. But we need to be calm and relax and make the most optimum and productive use of this time.

The world is going through a really very hard time due to COVID -19 and it is spreading really very fast which is dangerous for the entire humanity, so we need to follow social distancing and other precautionary measures.
